Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who enjoys delivering great engineering outcomes and supporting others to grow.

The role:

You will lead civil design and project delivery across land development and infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and mentoring junior engineers. You will take ownership of projects, contribute to strategic thinking, and help build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.

About you:

You are a technically capable civil engineer who communicates clearly and enjoys working with people. You bring strong commercial judgement, stay calm under pressure, and care deeply about quality and continuous improvement. You will have

  • A recognised NZ Civil Engineering degree

  • CPEng status

  • A minimum of 8 years’ engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role

  • Proven experience across land development and civil infrastructure projects
