People Matter

Here at Blue Barn we pride ourselves on recognising the value and hard work of our team. This also extends to the partners and families of our “Blue Barners”. With this in mind we regularly schedule various activities and events through the year to say thank you and show our appreciation to everyone who helps make Blue Barn a success.

Examples of this are:

• Start of the year team activity day. Most recently this has included Americas Cup Boat races and Riverhead Kayaking. These half days are always both company funded and on company time.
• Mid-Year Winter Function. Our most recent took place at Everybody's and always includes partners
• End-of-Year Staff Do. This is your traditional end of year/Christmas function on company time and fully funded. In April 2021 staff did a Murder Mystery fun event.
