Your interests outside of work?

Enjoy family and friends, my church, learning, travelling, spearfishing, good movies, cheering on my favourite sports teams. I have 2 acres so yard work seems to take a lot of my time.

What or who motivates you?

I am motivated by wanting to personally grow. I want to grow up before I grow old. Both in the person I am as well as the skills I have. I also want to see those around me become the best they can be. I like winning, especially when I am on a team and we all can win together.

Who do you love to work with?

I like working with people who are competent and fair. That tell it straight whether we have done well or need a kick up the bum.
